Bilingual Recruiter & HR Operations Manager (English/Russian)

We are hiring for an exciting new startup venture in AI-driven healthcare that is transforming preventive care through smart automation and data-driven insights. Our platform streamlines health check-up scheduling, appointment booking, test result analysis, and personalized lifestyle recommendations, making proactive health management seamless and engaging. As we build our team, we are looking for a Bilingual Recruiter & HR Operations Manager to drive talent acquisition and ensure efficient HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process to attract top talent in IT, Product, and Operations
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Source candidates through various channels, including social media and niche platforms
• Conduct interviews to assess candidate fit
• Manage interview coordination, feedback loops, and the candidate experience
• Oversee onboarding, off-boarding, and performance management cycles
• Maintain and optimise HR systems, including ATS
• Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and labor law compliance
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment
• 3 years of IT, Product, and Operations hiring experience
• Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms
• Familiarity with ATS and HR systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Fluent or native proficiency in both Russian & English
