Employment Term: 1 year contract with opportunity to convert to full time

Role Type: Salaried Commission


The Individual:

  • 1 year of experience in fast-paced settings (customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales)
  • Possesses exceptional English communication skills
  • Thrives in metrics-driven environments
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ambitious, motivated, and results-driven
  • Comfortable engaging with C-Level Executives
  • Responsive to feedback and quick to implement improvements
  • Ability to quickly learn about new industries and trends
  • Self-starter with strong entrepreneurial mindset
  • Seeks career advancement and growth opportunities


Duties and Day-To-Day:

  • Engage in outbound cold-calling with senior decision-makers in targeted industries to explore their interest in attending our business summits.
  • Consistently meet weekly, monthly, and overall campaign targets, focusing on metrics such as call volume, lead generation, and new business acquisition.
  • Responsible for generating your own leads to maintain a healthy pipeline of contacts that you can reach out to in your business development efforts.
  • Stay up to date with industry news, clients and proposition value for designated products you are supporting.
  • Participate in thorough and continuous training sessions led by your Sales Manager, collaborating closely on a daily basis to develop your expertise in sales and business knowledge


The Package:

  • Base salary and a strong, uncapped performance based commission structure
  • Top performers will fast-track their career progression into Management opportunities
  • Monthly company-wide town hall meeting with announcements, awards and social festivities


Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30AM - 5:00PM, Friday 8:30AM - 4:30 PM.
