Working Student - Campaign Management Support (f/m/d)

10 hours/week - Start Immediately - Hamburg

Become part of our Sales team and play a key role in supporting our clients throughout the entire campaign process – from first demo to final report.

You’ll work closely with our Sales and Campaign Management teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery across Pre- and After-Sales activities:

Your Responsibilities

Pre-Sales

• Support the creation of visual and content assets for sales demos
• Assist in preparing offers and creatives tailored to customer needs
• Help implement campaigns by uploading assets into our software
• Provide support to clients during the setup phase and help answer their questions

After-Sales

• Assist with campaign reporting and performance summaries
• Conduct social media research to gather key KPIs for reporting
• Check and verify data integrity along the reporting pipeline
• Help implement the final data into our reporting tools and templates

Must haves:

• A structured and detail-oriented working style
• Interest in sales processes and digital campaign management
• A hands-on attitude and a willingness to dive into new tools and workflows
• Good communication skills and team spirit
• Fluency in German (written and spoken); English is a plus

Nice to have:

• First experience in B2B sales/customer support/marketing
• Familiarity with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, or Canva
• Curiosity about data analysis and reporting
