What You Bring
Experience in SaaS - Account Management working with SMB clients and some enterprise tier 1 / 2 clients.
A proven track record in account management and revenue growth.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience in SaaS - ideally PPM / SPM
Your Responsibilities
Build and nurture strong customer relationships.
Develop plans to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Lead contract negotiations and renewals.
Collaborate with presales teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Represent the company at industry events to expand the network.
