We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to manage the accounting records of our German group entities. In this role, you will play a crucial part in reporting financial information to both internal and external parties while ensuring adherence to local legal and financial requirements.

Detail job description
Maintaining accounting records up to date in D365 in all entities
Processed the approved IOSA and DMS invoices in the system
Setting up regular payment runs and send to management for review and approval
Setting up payment batches for authorization
Processing expense claims and business trip claims
Liaising with colleagues on accounting queries received from creditors
Dealing and collating data for compliance and external auditors (annual audits, transaction audits)
Assisting colleagues with ad-hoc queries related to accounting
Requirements
Being thorough and precise
Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage priorities
Proactive approach
Advanced accounting skills
German and English language
