We are looking for two people with IT skills (we ask for proof of knowledge with appropriate certificates) for IT support for a client company with several branches in Braunschweig.

Your profile

• Completed training as an IT specialist
• or experience in an IT environment, e.g. at a bank or in the public sector
• Class B driving license
• Service mentality
• Interest in working in onsite support
• Careful way of working
  
  

Your tasks

• Asset management (lifecycle management)
• Field service within a company
• Commissioning and configuration of end devices
• Monitoring of workstation-specific parameters
• User management (setup, modification, deletion)
• Rights management in the operating environment
• User administration within third-party applications
• Updating the catalog of managed applications
• Creation of new passwords (Active Directory)
• Monitoring of individual access rules
