Job Title: IT Engineer (m/f/d) – Graduate Program

Job Location: Düsseldorf, Germany

Main Responsibilities

Technical engineer for IT (storage /server/virtualization)

• Responsible for the planning, design and improvement of E2E delivery solution for our IT products, provide on-site support for key projects, ensure the successful delivery of project and stability of service.
• Responsible for maintenance of the IT product for customers, Lead problem resolution and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow Huawei internal flows and systems to support project delivery
• Primary interface and point of reference for the customer’s technical and engineering staff inquiries and follow-up
  
  

Requirements

• Graduate Student with Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science or similar ICT-related filed of studies
• Master the software and hardware architectures of computers. Be familiar with the Windows, CentOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Ability to work in an international business environment
• Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Fluency in German and English mandatory
