Working Student – IT Governance, IT Processes and IT Audit Coordination

You will be part of our IT governance team in the IT department and support us in the development and implementation of guidelines and processes as well as the coordination of audits in the area of IT.

Your Tasks

• You support the development, implementation and optimization of documents and processes.
• You will be involved in the creation and maintenance of documentation, presentations and reports.
• You support the coordination and preparation of internal audits.
• You will work together with various stakeholders.
  
  

Necessary Skills

• Ongoing studies in the field of business administration, computer science, business informatics, IT management or a comparable course of study
• Interest in IT processes
• Analytical skills and a structured way of working
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good knowledge of German and English (at least B2 level each)

• Ability to communicate and work in a team
• Commitment and initiative
• Initial practical experience in the IT sector is an advantage
