About The Role: We are looking for a Global Sales Director to join the leadership team and drive the international sales strategy. This executive will be instrumental in expanding the market presence, developing and nurturing a high-performance sales organization, and delivering sustainable revenue growth across key territories.
The Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a scalable global sales strategy, aligned with growth objectives.
Build and lead a high-performing international sales team, including regional managers and channel partners.
Identify and secure strategic enterprise clients and channel partnerships in target verticals and geographies.
Define clear KPIs, monitor team performance, and continuously optimize sales processes and tools.
Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a cohesive go-to-market approach.
Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals from pipeline to close.
Represent the company at international events, conferences, and client meetings.
The Ideal Candidate Profile
10 years of international B2B sales leadership in the semiconductor industry.
Demonstrated success in building and scaling global sales teams.
Exceptional deal-making and negotiation skills with Fortune 500 clients and government stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
