Develop and revise a comprehensive safety management system in accordance with US and Mexican laws, regulations, and company policies. Drive the implementation of safety processes in operations and enforce control measures. Formulate emergency response plans and procedures for various operational incidents, establish emergency response teams, safety committees, and other mechanisms to ensure safe business operations.
Build and optimize a loss prevention management system based on business development needs. Prevent asset loss through data management, investigations and audits, process improvements, and security company management.
Conduct investigations into abnormal incidents, prepare detailed reports, develop corrective actions for identified risks or gaps, and review the outcomes of 整改 (rectification).
Regularly maintain and service all on-site safety facilities and monitoring equipment.
Collect and analyze national/state laws and regulations on safety and loss prevention, and ensure compliance with corresponding standards.
Maintain regular communication and close collaboration with fire departments and police agencies, and demonstrate the ability to handle emergency incidents effectively.
Assess operational risks, develop effective mitigation strategies, and protect company personnel, tangible and intangible assets to support sustainable business growth.
Oversee safety management for the in-house transportation fleet and drivers, establishing and implementing a fleet management system to reduce transportation accident rates.
Manage end-delivery safety to minimize delivery-related incidents and merchandise loss.
Requirements:
Military veterans are preferred. Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese or English. Possess sharp judgment and decisive decision-making abilities.
Work experience in safety management, loss prevention, risk management, inspection, or related fields.
5 years of experience in the retail chain or e-commerce industry, including 3 years of team management experience.
Demonstrate integrity, passion for the role, and the ability to work under pressure. Familiarity with basic US and Mexican laws, regulations, and criminal law. Understanding of online business processes. Proficiency in investigation and interviewing skills, and the ability to communicate and coordinate with government agencies to handle emergencies.
