Are you passionate about international education and building impactful partnerships? Edunation, part of Keystone Education Group, is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence in Europe. You’ll play a key role in forging new partnerships with universities and vocational schools across Europe.
About Edunation:
Edunation, now part of Keystone Education Group, is an international education agency and provider, dedicated to connecting students especially from Asia to higher education opportunities across Europe. We are currently focusing on building strategic partnerships with European universities and creating pathways for students, including language training and academic preparation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and build partnerships with new European universities across Europe.
Manage the partnership building lifecycle, from initial contact to negotiation and finalization of agreements, ensuring that all university partners meet the required standards and align with Edunation’s goals.
Be a great role model for your colleagues, and learn from them.
Collaborate with the internal teams (marketing, student recruitment, and product development) to ensure successful implementation and management of partnerships.
Join international education conferences, university visits, and partner meetings to build brand awareness and strengthen relationships with existing and potential partners.
Provide regular reporting on partnership development progress, key achievements, and future opportunities.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in business development or partnership management, preferably in international education.
Knowledge of the European higher education landscape; experience with Asia is a plus.
Proven track record in establishing partnerships with higher education institutions.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel regularly within Europe and occasionally to Asia.
