About the Role

We seek a strategic and entrepreneurial Commercial Manager to join our team and lead the drive to commercial success for our energy storage projects.

This position is ideal for someone with deep knowledge of the energy storage industry, a well-established network of customers and investors, and the ability to structure commercial partnerships or co-investment models. You will represent our solutions in the market and be a key player in bringing in financial or strategic resources to advance project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers, investors, or financial/strategic partners to support our existing energy storage projects.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to expand commercial and capital connections.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies integrating investment, sales, and long-term cooperation opportunities.
• Structure, negotiate, and manage business deals, including joint ventures, investment cooperation, or project sales.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to align commercial objectives with technical feasibility and project timelines.
• Maintain strong client and investor relationships, providing ongoing communication and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Energy, or related disciplines.
• 5 years of commercial or sales experience in energy storage, infrastructure, or renewables, with proven success in deal-making or capital introduction.
• Strong network in the energy or infrastructure investment community (private equity, venture capital, utilities, etc.).
• Experience in negotiating joint development agreements, financing structures, or large-scale project sales is highly desirable.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a “builder” mentality, willing to lead from the front and take ownership.
• Fluent in English and German in a professional setting
