What You Will Be Doing
- Partner with HR stakeholders to understand their needs, gathering and documenting requirements for system enhancements and use cases.
- Transform business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility.
- Conduct workshops and interviews with end-users to refine requirements and prioritize features that align with organizational goals.
- Create use case documentation, process flows, and detailed requirements to guide development and configuration efforts.
- Lead use case implementations on the ServiceNow HRSD platform or similar systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Perform initial testing of configurations, providing feedback and supporting the testing team for further validation.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline HR service delivery processes with a focus on efficiency and user experience.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on system configurations, workflows, and implementation processes for future reference.
- Facilitate training, address feedback, and adjust systems based on user insights to ensure long-term success.
- Act as the bridge between HR and IT teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment on requirements, and adherence to timelines.
- Support training and rollout activities to drive adoption of new functionalities and ensure smooth transitions.
What You Bring To The Job
- Multiple years of professional experience in HR technology, HRIS, or related roles with a focus on requirements management and system implementation.
- Hands-on experience and familiarity with workflow and case management functionalities within ServiceNow HRSD or comparable HR engagement systems.
- Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements for HR systems or digital engagement tools.
- Proven aptitude for translating business needs into technical solutions that deliver tangible results.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate discussions, document needs, and present ideas to diverse audiences.
- English: C1 – Advanced
Nice-to-Haves
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Understanding of chatbot technologies or AI tools used in HR engagement.
