Internship Strategic Procurement Cabin Interior

Tasks

The internship is scheduled to start in June 2025 or by arrangementfor 6 months. The internship is remunerated.

Your main tasks will include

• Active participation in the preparation and implementation of international tenders including the selection process
• Assistance in the drafting and conclusion of contracts
• Support in the development of supplier strategies
• Participation in negotiations, supplier meetings and project jour fixe appointments
• Preparation and follow-up of meetings
• Preparation of performance reports
• Supporting the specialist departments with problems in the supplier relationship
• Taking on special tasks according to suitability and own initiative

Requirements

To complete an internship in our company, you must be at least in your third semester at the time of the internship.

• Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (gap year)
• Ability to work in a team in combination with initiative
• Sense of responsibility and commitment
• Fluent in English and German
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
• Availability of at least 5, ideally 6 months
