In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping to shape the top of the sales funnel and build long-lasting business opportunities in the DACH region. 🚀 What You’ll Do
- Identify and engage high-potential leads across eCommerce and retail sectors
- Drive outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate pipeline for the sales team
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to optimize messaging and campaign effectiveness
- Use CRM and sales tools to manage daily activity, track progress, and report on KPIs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and the latest in eCommerce marketing tech
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 1 year of experience in a BDR or SDR role at a SaaS company
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and appointment setting
- Strong communication skills—confident, clear, and persuasive
- Comfortable working toward goals in a metrics-driven environment
- Native or business-fluent German and professional-level English
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms
- A proactive, curious mindset and a desire to learn and grow in tech sales
