Our client is seeking a Senior Manager Performance Controlling to join their finance team. In this role, you will be a key player in performance controlling, driving financial analysis, reporting, and strategic decision-making to support business operations across multiple regions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Report to the Head of Accounting & Controlling and support the development of monthly and quarterly management reports.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to assist the CFO in decision-making.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and forecasts.
• Conduct trend and variance analyses, identifying causes of deviations and implementing corrective measures in collaboration with teams in Germany and Spain.
• Lead and contribute to company-wide initiatives, such as SAP business transformation and corporate programs.
• Drive process improvements and digitalization efforts.

Your Profile:

• Degree in economics, preferably with a focus on business informatics.
• Several years of experience in performance controlling, ideally in the healthcare sector.
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for data analysis and visualization.
• Self-motivated, independent work style with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to collaborate with teams in Germany and Spain.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Office 365; experience with data-driven dashboards is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
