Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Project Support Engineer. The Project Support Engineer will provide day-to-day project support, including analytical tasks, technical support, and troubleshooting. Additionally, the role requires effective communication with clients and internal teams to ensure project success and timely completion.
Location: EU based, London preferred
Skills:
· Experience: 4 years minimum
· Ability to understand and analyse regulatory requirements and data.
· Ability to draft business requirements documents.
· Ability to understand Functional Requirements / Technical Specification documents.
· Ability to monitor and validate IT developments, testing, go-live and post-implementation.
· Ability to update or define new regulatory controls.
· Ability to draft internal communications, control papers, procedures and/or training materials.
· PM supporting in the preparation of governance meetings decks and chasing agreed actions.
· Strong Excel and Power Point skills.
· Desirable UK MiFID Knowledge.
· Desirable experience in implementation of Data and/or regulatory projects.
· Desirable Santander experience across different regions.
