Requirements
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field with an IT focus, or equivalent professional training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist in Application Development)
At least 5 years of professional experience in the IT field, including at least 3 years of testing experience (such as test case conception, implementation, and result documentation)
Professional or project experience in testing within IT projects is essential
Certifications
ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (or comparable certifications such as ISTQB Agile Tester Foundation or Test Analyst Advanced)
Technical Skills & Tools
JIRA with ZephyrScale plugin for Agile test management
Microfocus (MF) Application Lifecycle Management
Confluence for collaborative documentation
Strong proficiency in SQL and XML tools (including SQL Developer and Notepad with XML tools)
Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
Basic technical understanding of web applications and component-based applications on application servers (backend)
Other Requirements
Proficiency in German (C1) and English
Willingness to undertake obligations as per German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and comply with security screening requirements
