Service Integration Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Integration / Service Manager to join our team in Bremen, Germany. In this key position within the defense sector, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the integration, commissioning, and service activities of complex technical systems in national and international defense projects. This role involves leading technical teams, ensuring quality, cost, and timeline targets, developing innovative maintenance and operational concepts, and acting as the main technical interface between internal teams, subcontractors, and customers. A strong focus is placed on hands-on project execution, stakeholder coordination, and global support readiness.

Tasks:

• Planning and management of integration, commissioning and/or service in major national and
• international projects
• Responsibility for compliance with costs, quality and deadlines
• Planning and technical management of UAN
• Coordination of interfaces with the national and international companies involved in the project
• Creation of innovative maintenance and operating concepts at home and abroad for military and civilian customers
• Technical management of integration or service teams
• Solution-oriented cooperation with the development departments, subcontractors and customers regarding the integration/service work and resulting insights
• Development of partial solutions in the field of mechanics and electrics as auxiliary work for design and technology Planning and support for system acceptance
• Implementation of customer training courses
• Collaboration in the preparation of offers in the areas of training, maintenance and operation
• Calculations and concept development in the context of the integration of new and existing projects as well as the technical-logistical support of new and existing projects
• Implementation of field tests and trials at home and abroad

Requirements:

• Completed technical studies
• Several years of experience in the field of service/integration, in a comparable industry
• Extensive experience in the planning and execution of large-scale projects
• Extensive knowledge of software and hardware integration as well as training and operating concepts
• Extensive knowledge of SAP applications
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
• High intercultural competence and willingness to work in an international environment
• Goal-oriented and independent way of working as well as assertiveness

• Worldwide willingness to travel
