Working Student - Lead Generation Marketing (Berlin-based)

Location Berlin, partially remote

As a Working Student in our Lead Generation Team, you will help shape our global marketing and growth initiatives. You will assist our team in designing and implementing strategies to attract and engage potential customers, while working at the forefront of open-source technology. We are looking for an ambitious and highly-motivated student who is eager to take ownership and make an immediate impact from day one.

• Assist in defining and executing email marketing campaigns and webinars


• Support social media marketing efforts on platforms like LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Mastodon, Instagram and YouTube to promote lead generation campaigns organically


• Assist in analyzing campaign performance and reporting key marketing metrics


• Maintain and update our CRM/database to ensure data accuracy


• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and other teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

• Currently enrolled in a master's program in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field in the Berlin area


• Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels, automation and CRM tools


• Strong interest in marketing, software, and digital sovereignty


• Strong communication skills with the ability to develop clear messaging for different audiences


• Solid technical and analytical skills


• Fluent in German and English, other languages are beneficial.
