Offgrid Mindful Cabins GmbH is an early-stage nature travel, hospitality, sustainable and design start-up. We design, manufacture and operate cabins (tiny houses) that promote mental wellness, mindfulness and unforgettable memories in the heart of nature. JOB INTRO:

As an "Executive Assistant / PA (m/f/x)" you will work closely with the Founder & CEO to drive the strategic and operational direction of the company. You will be responsible for assisting and supporting all day-to-day tasks.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING HERE?

• Working closely with and reporting directly to the founder / CEO.


• Responsible for all organizational and administrational tasks for and around our founder / CEO.


• Supporting administrative tasks within the company.


• Travel management and travel expense reports.


• Coordination of partnership brands and suppliers.


• Manage and reply to executive, customer or supplier/partner requests and emails.


• Processing and management of executive team requests.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• 5 years of professional experience in the field.


• Experience in hospitality, hotel or start-up work environment would be amazing.


• Service focussed mentality and the passion to support others.


• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, with attention to detail, strong problem solving skills and a proactive kind attitude.


• High empathy, curiosity and the will to shape and drive positive change.


• Solutions-focussed; always aiming to provide a way forward out of complex situations.


• Bring a "yes I can do, leave it with me, I will take care of it, positive and problem solving" mentality


• Proven understanding of integrity, trust and discretion as you'll be dealing with strictly confidential topics.


• Experience in customer service, hotel front desk management or similar is a plus.


• Mandatory requirement: Fluent in English and German.


• Mandatory requirement: You have a driving license.
