Requirements Engineer (m/f/d)

As a requirements engineer within the OHB systems engineering department, you are expected to be the responsible for:

• Being the project’s focal point for requirements topics towards customers and suppliers
• Ensuring proper review, breakdown (flow-down), and traceability of technical requirements.
• Managing data exchange related to requirements with external stakeholders
• Creating and reviewing requirements specifications
• Overseeing and maintaining project data in SIEMENS Polarion
• Customization and adaption of SIEMENS Polarion to meet company needs
• Administration and further development of SIEMENS Polarion project templates

• 5 years of relevant experience in requirements engineering, ideally in aerospace
• Solid hands-on experience with SIEMENS Polarion (customization, workflow setup, data modeling)
• Completed studies in aerospace engineering, computer science, or a similar field
• Strong understanding of systems engineering and requirements management
• Fluent English proficiency
• A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the space product development lifecycle
• Experience with tools like IBM DOORS or JIRA
• Knowledge of technologies such as XML, SQL, Velocity and their application
