YOUR IMPACT
Join our HR Shared Services team as an EMEA Centre Lead and Germany Hub Lead. This role offers the opportunity to manage and lead a team responsible for the HR Shared Services Centre in the EMEA region, initially focusing on the DACH, CEE, and MESA sub-regions.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
Team Leadership & Development: Lead the HR Shared Services team for the focused region, ensuring the delivery of high-quality employee lifecycle management and benefit administration services. Also be a local contact and support for all the HRSS teams in Germany.
Operational Oversight: Oversee a team responsible for employee processing HR transactions, while managing service excellence across the HRSS functions.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster relationships with internal stakeholders such as HRBP's, COE's, and Payroll teams to ensure alignment with business needs.
Compliance & Risk Management: Drive operational excellence by ensuring timely and accurate HR processes and adhering to legal compliance and labour laws.
Process Improvement: Lead HRSS initiatives to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and foster continuous learning and improvement across the team.
Drive Quality: Oversee quality checks and audits to ensure compliance, accurate data processing, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Organizational Behaviour, or a related field. HR professional accreditation is preferred.
Leadership Experience: Leadership experience within HR Shared Services, preferably within the EMEA region.
HR Knowledge: A solid understanding of HR systems (e.g., SAP/SuccessFactors), benefits administration, employee lifecycle management, and employment laws and regulations
Customer Service Focus: Exceptional customer service skills with a strong ability to manage and engage teams to deliver high-quality service.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong decision-making capabilities, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to identify and implement solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and German with a proven ability to influence and build relationships in a diverse environment.
