The Role

As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating seamless transactions between buyers and suppliers on the company’s marketplace. You will act as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring smooth trade execution and fostering long-term business relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and facilitate transactions to ensure efficient trade between buyers and suppliers
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve challenges and inquiries during the trading process
  • Monitor market trends, product demand, and industry developments to optimize trading decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and suppliers to drive engagement and retention
  • Address client concerns and provide effective solutions to enhance satisfaction
  • Work closely with Operations and Tech teams to improve platform functionality and contribute to innovation


What You Bring

  • Native/Bi-lingual level German with full professional-level English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or Account Management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Basic understanding of international trade and supply chain management is a plus
