Debt Advisory Associate - Director

Our client, a leading corporate finance advisory, is looking to hire for their Debt Advisory team in Frankfurt, at the Associate, Senior Associate and Director levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute or lead debt advisory transactions.
• Build and manage client and lender relationships.
• Prepare financial models and marketing materials.
• Negotiate debt structures and terms.
• Drive or support business development efforts.

Requirements:

• 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong financial analysis and debt structuring skills.
• Track record of successful transaction execution.
• Excellent client communication and presentation abilities.
• Fluency in German and English.
