IT Manager (m/f/d)

WISTA Management GmbH is a state-owned company organized under private law and is responsible for the development, marketing and operation of various high-tech locations in Berlin.

Then we are looking for you as IT Manager (m/f/d) with immediate effect.

The position is permanent and is remunerated in accordance with the collective agreement for the public service of the federal states (TV-L) salary group 13 plus annual special payment.

Your Tasks Include

Ensuring a functional and secure IT landscape at the interface to the IT department of our subsidiary, WISTA.Service.

  • Strategic IT responsibility and digitalization
    • Management of complex large-scale IT projects
    • Automation of business processes and integration of new technologies including AI applications
    • Consolidation and further development of the IT architecture towards a consistent overall architecture and interface harmonization
  • Efficient process design and performance and risk analysis
  • IT governance and IT security
  • Management of external and internal service providers
What You Bring To The Table

  • Academic university degree (diploma or master's degree) in a relevant field with a focus on IT management or business informatics
  • Strong strategic and business management expertise as well as knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
  • Several years of experience with computer networks, network administration and software implementations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
