Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented recent graduate who is willing to relocate to join as a Technical Assistant to support our quality oversight operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life sciences with a bachelors degree, excellent communication skills, and fluent proficiency in German. This role is crucial in ensuring that our processes meet regulatory and quality standards while facilitating seamless collaboration within teams.

This is a graduate entry level role that will require relocating to Halle, Westfalen

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining and monitoring quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Support quality reviews, audits, and document control processes.
• Provide technical assistance in resolving quality-related issues across departments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with quality objectives.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation and reports related to quality oversight activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (e.g., Biology, Biochemistry, or related field).
• German speaker with fluency in written and spoken communication.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory standards is a plus.
