Tasks
We are looking for an AAA BizDev manager to take Plex’ footprint from 1 to 15 stores, and all the way.
Identifying and evaluating potential locations for new store openings, including conducting market research and analyzing customer demographics. Negotiating leases and managing relationships with landlords, property managers, and other stakeholders. Collaborating with designers and contractors to oversee the build-out and setup of new locations. Ensuring new café locations align with Plex’s brand identity and operational standards. Building and managing project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and effective openings. Tracking the performance of new locations and implementing strategies for continuous improvement. Requirements Proven experience in expansion, consulting, business development, real estate or a related field. Strong understanding of market analysis, location scouting, and project management. Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail. Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing leases or commercial property agreements. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and external partners. Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
