Job Title: SAP FICO Functional Consultant

Essential:

• Experience in SAP FICO module configuration and customization.
• Completion of at least one full-cycle Greenfield SAP S/4 HANA Implementation project.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Ability to manage and oversee external consultants and vendors to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Business Fluent German (B2 or higher) and business-level proficiency in English.

Desirable:

• Experience coordinating SAP Finance & Controlling processes across multiple regions.

About the Role:

As the SAP FICO Functional Consultant, you will be a core member of the internal SAP team, acting as the primary point of contact for all SAP Finance & Controlling topics.

You will play a pivotal role in the company’s Global Greenfield SAP S/4 HANA Implementation, leading the SAP FI and CO modules. This includes managing, customizing, and optimizing financial processes, ensuring a seamless transition and stability post-go-live.

Additionally, you will collaborate closely with key business stakeholders, providing guidance, training, and ongoing support to ensure the efficient use of SAP FICO solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the Lead SAP FICO Consultant, driving SAP Finance & Controlling processes within the organization.
• Manage the end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA implementation, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Oversee and coordinate external consultants and vendors to ensure project deliverables are met within scope and timelines.
• Serve as the internal Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for SAP Finance & Controlling, facilitating cross-regional collaboration.
• Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution to maintain operational efficiency.
