Payroll hasn’t changed in 30 years. Gosh, the tools literally look like Windows 95.
Today, we are integrating process automation & LLMs into a robust data architecture that is fundamentally changing how companies interact with their employees and service providers. You may even get paid faster.
Now this may seem a bit outlandish, as everyone is doing this these days. Our team has collectively raised over 750 million from VCs in Germany and Silicon Valley. They have also built one of Europe’s biggest payroll products on the tech and product side.
THE POSITION
We’re looking for a Customer Success Working Student to join the founders & team.
🤖 What you’ll be doing
As a Working Student in the Customer Success Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our strategic customers by serving as their first point of contact.
You’ll get hands-on experience supporting our customers and helping shape the experience they have with project b. You’ll be an integral part of a small, fast-moving team where your work will be visible and valuable from day one.
Your tasks may include:
- Supporting day-to-day customer interactions via email or support tools.
- Collaborating with product and growth to bring customer feedback onto the product roadmap.
- Preparing materials, reports, or templates that improve the customer experience.
- Assisting in troubleshooting and coordinating with technical teams.
- Testing new features from a customer perspective and contributing to knowledge base content.
- Joining calls with customers and learning to identify key patterns, pain points, and upsell potential.
- Spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling as our client base grows.
