Über Prysmian Neustadt

In unserem Kabel- und Leitungswerk Neustadt fertigen 470 Mitarbeiter innovative Spezialleitungen von 1kV bis 150kV für vielfältige Anwendungen. In den Bereichen Kranleitungen, erneuerbare Energien, Bergbau, Medizintechnik, Telekommunikation sowie für den Einsatz in Wasser nimmt unser Werk eine Spitzenposition ein. Jedes Jahr entstehen hier mehr als 20.000 Tonnen Kabel. Das schaffen wir nicht allein. Daher suchen wir tatkräftige Unterstützung, denn wir wollen die #1 bleiben.

Das Bringen Sie Mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Bürokauffrau/Industriekauffrau oder vergleichbar mit Berufserfahrung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),optional SAP
  • Zuvorkommendes Auftreten, verbindlich, hilfsbereit und teamfähig
  • Hoch motiviert, pflichtbewusst, verlässlich, organisiert und belastbar

Ihre Aufgaben

  • HR- Assistenz- und Verwaltungsaufgaben
  • Abwicklung von Bestellungen in SAP
  • Bescheinigungswesen
  • Reisekostenabrechnungen
  • Planen und Überwachen von Terminen
  • Organisation von Meetings
  • Übernahme Weiterbildungsmanagement/Bewerbermanagement
  • Übernahme Schriftverkehr im HR-Bereich

Sonstige Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei Projekten

Your skills:

  • Completed training as an office clerk/industrial clerk or comparable with experience
  • Very good knowledge of German
  • Good English knowledge
  • Very good knowledge of SAP & MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Courteous behaviour, committed and team player
  • Highly motivated, conscientious, reliable organized and resilient

Your Tasks

  • Assistance and administrative tasks
  • Processing of orders in SAP
  • travel expense reports
  • Scheduling and monitoring appointments
  • Organization of meetings and events
  • Takeover of further training management/applicant management
  • Administrative tasks in HR
  • Taking over HR correspondence
