Responsibilities
The Crew Operator will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, deployment, and management of crews for our managed ships. Daily tasks include relief planning, handling of employment contracts, developing and implementing training programs, and addressing other crew-related issues. The Crew Operator will also be involved in maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all crew members are adequately supported and motivated to perform their duties effectively.
Qualifications
-Proven experience in ship crew manning, fleet personnel handling, or in a similar role in the maritime industry.
-Sound knowledge of STCW, MLC 2006, ITF and relevant international manning, and flag state requirements, including CBA, etc.
-Good understanding of employment structures - maintain manpower roster's and schedules for vessels under control.
-Strong organizational and management skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-Fluency in written and spoken English.
-Permission to work in the EU.
