Senior Strategy Consultant (f/m/d)

A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Senior Strategy Consultant (f/m/d) you will work on strategic projects across our global business. It is up to us to define the business needs, initiate and implement these projects with our operational units. Every day you will work together with cross-functional teams and lead the work within 2-3 modules. Based on your analytical edge you will define solutions to complex solutions and communicate them accordingly with senior collaborators.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Manage modules and work packages of strategic projects making a real impact for Siemens Energy and the Energy Transition
• Lead cross-functional teams in your modules and build a strong network inside Siemens Energy
• Analyze complex problems and brainstorm creative solutions to it
• Leverage your in depth industry experience to challenge the status quo and come up with new business ideas
  
  
  

What You Bring

• Completed studies in engineering or equivalent
• Longterm professional experience in Grid Technologies business and in-depth knowledge about the industry and current trends
• First experience in strategy-like tasks, e.g., as special assignment beside your regular tasks
• Strong analytical and communication skills
