Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Contract Claim Manager located in Duisburg, with some work from home possible. The Contract Claim Manager will handle and manage contract claims, analyze claims data, and ensure accurate processing. Responsibilities include ensuring ability to defend incoming claims, negotiating settlements, and maintaining records of all claim activities.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Claims Handling and Claims Management
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Knowledge of Contract Claims
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
• Experience in the metals or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field
