Job Description
Provide operational support to the roll-out of TA Aspaveli commercialization activities with particular focus on marketing related projects. Secure proper execution of planned marketing activities ensuring that they run to time, scope and quality, leveraging the needed cross-functional interaction and the involvement of the Countries. Support training activities in close collaboration with the Learning and Development Manager and as part of the Aspaveli Core Training Team.
About The Role
Handling commercial/marketing material for various productions, document preparation and associated presentations, (agency contacts).
Veeva Vault submissions, approvals, adjustments using Creative Cloud programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe professional) for Aspaveli
Administrative support using Microsoft office 365 applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), various databases, document management systems, archiving
SharePoint/Teams linked to various functions- Material Storage and files
Coordinate and update departmental Collaboration sites (SharePoint) and intranet sites (Inside/ or commercial announcements connected to the product portfolio of my team)
Actively contribute to improving internal processes and creating more efficient workflows
Coordinate and project lead management of national and international events. travel, accommodation and planning meetings, workshops, activities, and venues including internal training events (i.e., scientific congresses, ad boards, expert meetings)
Plan, assist and create digital marketing productions such as external product websites, podcasts, pre-approved emails, and webinars for the Aspaveli
Expected Day To Day Activities
Managing the approvals process in Veeva vault of commercial assets
Development and documentation of the terms of reference for the Materials Review Team
Facilitating Materials Review meetings and action management to track the timely completion of assigned tasks
Ensuring that key team members have the information required in line with compliance constraints
Planning and proactively managing the review cycle
Developing, implementing and facilitating agency status meetings to ensure a continued focus on deliverables
Providing consolidated feedback to project stakeholders on Commercial materials
Owning and managing allocated projects from a central perspective
Supporting the affiliates, sourcing assets and problem solving with Brand leads
Supporting the Brand Leads and on request support wider commercial team with the organisation and administration of meetings
Driving continuous improvement of responsible commercial projects and agency support by collating and implementing improvements from lessons learned
Managing relationships with third party agencies to promote effective collaboration
Collating and submitting the Transparency Reports for transfer of value to HCPs and HCOs
Qualifications
High level education (university degree or similar)
Recent experience in a similar role as part of a marketing team in a Pharmaceutical company for a minimum of 3 years
Experience in a global/international environment and local offices
Project management experience, delivering, results on time and within budget
Ability to manage and coordinate external consultants and agencies
Fluency in written and spoken English, additional European language skill is desired
