Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bar Manager located in Berlin, Germany. The Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring quality customer service, and maximizing sales and profits.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a leading venue in Germany or other key European market
• Eligible to work in Germany
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Food & Beverage and Sales skills
• Training skills
• Experience in managing a bar or restaurant
• Knowledge of mixology and bar operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Fluent English, German is a plus
