Whatever our clients aim to achieve - building trust, creating human proximity, strengthening relationships, or communicating something important - we design the right experience to make it happen. We support internal teams by handling planning, coordination, and communication, and offer flexible collaboration - from turnkey delivery to on-demand support. We use tried-and-tested formats tailored to each client’s needs, always with full cost transparency and regional expertise wherever the event takes place. All event concepts are delivered by vetted local event experts - the supply side of our marketplace - ensuring regional know-how and high-quality execution.

After launching an MVP and validating key assumptions, we're evolving the product into an AI-driven “culture-as-a-service” platform. Our goal: help companies build stronger internal culture and external relationships through better shared experiences.

We are now looking for a Co-Founder Marketing (m/f/d) to join our journey. You’ll play a key role in shaping our growth strategy and getting us to product-market fit.

Responsibilities

• Bootstrap all marketing activities from the ground up
• Generate and qualify leads across channels
• Refine positioning and messaging that resonates with our ICP
• Work closely with both the supply and demand side to shape our product and continuously test and iterate our offering
• Build the foundation for scalable, data-driven growth

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a dynamic, professional environment (ideally in a startup or VC-backed setting)
• Proven entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to dive into various tasks and embrace discomfort
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in digital marketing (email, social, SEO, SEA, content) with a track record of delivering results
• Ideally some experience with WordPress and CMS tools
• Bonus: understanding of or experience in the event industry (not a must)
