The Role:
We're seeking Engineering Managers to lead cross-functional teams of approximately 3-5 engineers. In this role, you’ll spearhead the development of technical solutions that drive both user satisfaction and ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the functional and disciplinary leadership of your team.
Collaborate with your engineers to deliver high-quality solutions in cross-functional projects.
Work with cross-functional stakeholders to define goals and roadmap.
Partner with product, design, and other key teams to understand business context.
Collaborate with peers and senior technical leaders to influence strategic tech decisions.
What You Bring:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, along with a solid track record as a Software Engineer, with hands-on experience in developing both backend and/or frontend applications.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, Kotlin, C#, Ruby, PHP, TypeScript, or frameworks like React.
Proven technical leadership, including responsibilities such as system architecture, goal setting, task planning, code reviews, and overall system design.
Experience in a team leadership role (formal or informal), with a strong ability to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Demonstrated ownership and a strong track record of delivering impactful work.
Deep expertise in the technologies you've worked with, along with a solid foundational understanding of others.
