The Role:

We're seeking Engineering Managers to lead cross-functional teams of approximately 3-5 engineers. In this role, you’ll spearhead the development of technical solutions that drive both user satisfaction and ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the functional and disciplinary leadership of your team.
• Collaborate with your engineers to deliver high-quality solutions in cross-functional projects.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to define goals and roadmap.
• Partner with product, design, and other key teams to understand business context.
• Collaborate with peers and senior technical leaders to influence strategic tech decisions.

What You Bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, along with a solid track record as a Software Engineer, with hands-on experience in developing both backend and/or frontend applications.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, Kotlin, C#, Ruby, PHP, TypeScript, or frameworks like React.
• Proven technical leadership, including responsibilities such as system architecture, goal setting, task planning, code reviews, and overall system design.
• Experience in a team leadership role (formal or informal), with a strong ability to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ownership and a strong track record of delivering impactful work.
• Deep expertise in the technologies you've worked with, along with a solid foundational understanding of others.
