Working Student – Business Management Operations

Grow with us! For our Business Management Operations team, we are looking for a Working Student to support us during exciting time of transformation. In this role you will be involved in the transition into the new Business Management organizational structure within Operations.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Independently develop process documentation in collaboration with operational departments, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Support international projects, programs, and innovation initiatives, including coordination functions within operational departments.
• Continuously improve and automate KPI reporting for the management board.
• Prepare ad-hoc decision-making documents for the Head of Operations.
• Coordinate governance and control processes.

Your skills and experience:

• You are an enrolled student of economics, business law, or a comparable degree program.
• Confident demeanour and good communication skills.
• High level of teamwork, commitment, and independence.
• Very good English language skills.
