Position Statement

Job Description

Responsible for pre-sales, promotion, and delivery of LABCAR HiL business, communicating market trends and key project information internally to ensure the orderly execution of LABCAR HiL business.

1.    HiL Pre-sales Support: Collaborate with and support sales colleagues in pre-sales activities, including scope communication, demand guidance, quotation preparation, bid proposal drafting, bid response, etc.

2.    HiL System Solution Development: Develop system solutions, including research on new supplier solutions, new equipment, integration of new domain solutions, and technical support for HiL system implementation.

3.    Pre-sales Review and Key Decision-Making: Review and support pre-sales deliverables from other HiL team members; participate in decision-making for critical projects.

4.    HiL Process Improvement: Update and refine HiL-related process documents, including templates for questionnaires, meeting materials, pre-sales proposals, quotations, bid proposals, pre-sales handover forms, implementation workflows, etc.

5.    HiL Project Delivery:

o  Define and monitor project objectives and plans.

o  Identify and address project risks and issues.

o  Coordinate and drive cross-departmental collaboration (procurement, quality, R&D, production) for cabinet integration and stimulus testing.

o  Lead open-loop and closed-loop testing, integration of controlled object models, secondary development, and ensure process management, configuration management, and customer satisfaction for project acceptance.

6.    Marketing Collaboration: Support and drive marketing efforts for the HiL business, such as promotional material design, article publication, live-stream promotions, and participation in testing expos.

7.    Internal Communication: Relay market trends and critical project information internally.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

1.    Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronics, Communications, Automation Control, Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

2.    Familiarity with one or more of the following: NI/LABCAR/dSPACE/VT.

3.    Minimum 5 years of experience in Power Domain or Chassis Domain development/testing; proficiency in electronic control systems and calibration experience is preferred.

4.    Outgoing personality, strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, meticulous work ethic, and ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
