International Logistics Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the business management of overseas local customs clearance agencies, third-party warehousing and transportation service providers.

2. Responsible for overseas logistics interface, dealing with abnormal problems in customs clearance, port-to-warehouse, warehousing and local transportation.

3. Responsible for the review and payment of overseas logistics costs, ensure the accuracy of logistics costs, and continuously optimize logistics costs.

4. Assist in the establishment and optimization of logistics information system, logistics operation process and SOP.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in logistics management, international economics and trade, business English, supply chain management and other related majors is preferred.

2. Proficient in operating related daily office software, proficient in Excel and PPT, etc.

3. Proactive, responsible, patient, careful, result-oriented, and able to take the initiative to solve problems.

4. CET-6, German, French, or Spanish listening, speaking, reading and writing is preferred.

工作职责

1、负责海外本地清关行、第三方仓储及运输服务商的业务管理；

2、做好海外物流接口，处理清关、港到仓、仓储、本地运输中的异常问题；

3、负责海外物流费用审核、申付，确保物流费用准确，并不断优化物流成本；

4、协助建立和优化物流信息系统、物流操作流程和SOP；

任职资格

1、大学本科及以上学历，物流管理、国际经济与贸易、商务英语、供应链管理等相关专业优先；

2、熟练操作相关日常办公软件，精通Excel及PPT等；

3、工作积极主动、责任心强，性格耐心、细心，结果导向，能够主动解决问题；

4、大学英语六级，会德语、或法语、或西班牙语听说读写者优先。
