Job Description

As a Recruiter, you will take the lead in driving the growth of the region by effectively implementing and managing Vialto's recruitment strategies. Your responsibilities will include establishing and nurturing sustainable talent pipelines, as well as attracting top-tier talent and fostering diversity across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities and work tasks for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with local leaders to understand strategic growth objectives and develop recruitment strategies that effectively support these goals, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Leverage market intelligence and data to craft targeted recruitment strategies for both experienced and early-career roles across different locations.
  • Drive proactive sourcing efforts by utilizing networking, competitive sourcing, referrals, and early career programs to increase the pipeline of high-quality candidates.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices, emerging recruitment trends, and evolving talent market dynamics to continuously enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Assist in the implementation of Talent Acquisition tools, process optimization, and monitoring talent market trends and competitors’ strategies.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering growth and helping them reach their full potential.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Prior experience working in international organizations is highly preferred
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • German native speaker or proficiency at a minimum B2 level
