Shape the future of B2B with us

• Management of a team of two employees in Hamburg and cooperation with an international receivables management team in Paris
• Preparation of dunning notices, independent support of judicial dunning proceedings through to enforcement and processing of insolvencies
• Negotiating and concluding settlements with overdue customers (e.g. installment payments)
• Coordination of cooperation with internal specialist departments (especially Sales) as well as legal representatives in Germany and debt collection agencies in Austria / Switzerland
• Identifying optimization potential along the entire value chain in receivables management and ensuring implementation in the SAP S/4HANA, Sugar CRM and Jira systems
• You will report to the Head of Finance and Global Partnerships Visable International

This is how you can impress us

• Completed commercial vocational training or business studies
• First management experience and at least five years of professional experience in receivables management / debt collection
• German language skills at native speaker level and very good English skills
• Independent, analytical and structured way of working
• Good knowledge of SAP or another ERP system
