The People Operations Coordinator will coordinate the daily functions of a global People Operations team including new hire onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, offboarding, company policies and practices. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic and oftentimes challenging environment, is solutions-oriented, and has a strong passion for building an exceptional workplace experience for our people.
Duties/Responsibilities
Assist with People Operations administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, contracts, and benefits documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, keeping our processes up to date with regulations.
Maintain and optimize HRIS and internal systems to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee journey.
Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and effective support.

Ability to travel internationally 2-3 times per year.
Education And Experience
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
At least three years of administration or human resources administration in a global startup environment experience preferred.
