Du willst dort mitarbeiten, wo strategische Weichen gestellt werden? Bei uns bekommst du die Chance, tief in zentrale Projekte einzutauchen, die das Wachstum und die Zukunft von Xentral aktiv mitgestalten. Als Werkstudent*in im Bereich Strategic Projects arbeitest du direkt mit dem Co-CEO und dem Chief of Staff zusammen und erlebst hautnah, wie unternehmensweite Initiativen geplant und umgesetzt werden. Dabei kombinierst du unternehmerisches Denken mit einem hohen Maß an Eigenverantwortung.

Deine Aufgaben

• Du übernimmst eigenständig Verantwortung für Growth-Initiativen, die du von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung ganzheitlich betreust – mit dem Ziel, nachhaltiges Wachstum bei Xentral zu fördern und Prozesse, wo möglich, zu automatisieren
• Du führst fundierte Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch und leitest daraus Handlungsempfehlungen ab
• Du arbeitest eng mit dem Co-CEO und Chief of Staff an strategisch relevanten, abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten und trägst aktiv zu deren Umsetzung bei
• Du entwickelst pragmatische und zugleich strukturierte Konzepte, die du überzeugend gegenüber internen Stakeholdern präsentieren kannst
  
  

Dein Profil

• Du befindest dich im Masterstudium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs – idealerweise an der LMU oder der TU München
• Du hast bereits praktische Erfahrung in der strategischen Projektarbeit oder Projektkoordination – idealerweise im Beratungsumfeld oder in anderen dynamischen, anspruchsvollen Arbeitskontexten, etwa durch Werkstudententätigkeiten oder Praktika
• Du hast ein Faible für Technik, liebst effiziente Abläufe und bringst idealerweise Erfahrung mit Tools wie Make.com, Zapier, Clay, HubSpot oder Excel mit – wenn du zudem schon mal Automations-Skripte geschrieben hast, ist das ein Bonus, aber kein Muss
• Du arbeitest proaktiv, kommunikationsstark und hast ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent – insbesondere bei der Koordination komplexer Projekte
• Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich
