Responsibilities
Guerbet is a research-centered pharmaceutical company based in France that is one of the major players in the contrast agents business. We offer a comprehensive range of medical imaging products for CT & Cath Lab examinations, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Interventional Radiology and Theranostics (IRT), just as a range of Imaging Solutions and Services. Main responsibilities:
Sales
Achieves sales results in the geographic area assigned (regions: Levante Norte comprising of Barcelona and periphery, Galicia, Basque Country, Asturias, Valencia, Balearic Islands)
Follows bids and tenders in the territory in conjunction with the Customer Service dept
Negotiates with identified private groups even outside of the assigned territory
Attends congresses and events
Management
Manages a team of agents and KAM (Key Account Manager)
Assigns sales objectives and monitors sales results through reports and analysis
Coaches the team to improve performance
Spends time in the field together with the team
Stakeholders management
Establishes and maintains constant business relations in his territory with:
key clinical opinion leaders, hospital administration key roles (Head of Pharmacy, Head of Purchases, etc.)
Requirements
Knowledge of procedures related to public tenders, competence in radiology and healthcare market, use of pc for reporting and sales analysis
Experience in sales to public and private centers
Full working proficiency in Spanish language
Ability to travel extensively across the assigned territory (Levante Norte)
