Requirements:
The successful candidate will be involved in research and teaching in the Division of Business Law. The University expects the candidate to be:
a holder of a Ph.D. in law/tax or a related field;
a potential world-class researcher and scholar in any area of law relating to business and/or taxation (strong consideration will be given to the candidate who has demonstrated impact in his/her research, published in top tier law or tax journals, and has a strong pipeline of papers);
a strong educator who is capable of handling undergraduate, postgraduate and executive teaching; and
a collegial person who is able to work with colleagues in the Division.
