We're looking for a practical-minded and motivated individual who has a good understanding of boatbuilding and composite part manufacture.

Primary Purpose:

To carry out refit, new part manufacture, research and development projects for rigging sail making and composite applications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Your role will be to composite part manufacture in wet layup, vacuum, and infusion methods. You must be well versed in all resin systems and varying types of foams and core materials. You will be required to work on different refit projects, at the same time, new part manufacture, research, and development projects for rigging, sail making, and composite applications.

Minimum qualifications required:

Effective multi-tasking abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good hand-eye coordination and a keen eye for detail.

Experience in pre preg – not essential but interesting.

No allergies to resins or Fibres.

Proof of legal right to work in Spain.

Driving license.

Flexible schedule. Your work hours will be based on business needs.
