Senior Antenna Engineer

A Finland-based SME in Espoo is seeking a Senior Antenna Design Engineer to join their technical team and support the next phase of product development. The company designs bespoke antenna and RF front-end solutions, working across various use cases—from short-range embedded platforms to larger, more complex systems.

As a Senior Antenna Design Engineer, you’ll focus on the design, simulation, and testing of high-performance antennas. You’ll contribute to both standalone elements and integrated antenna systems, with opportunities to explore advanced topologies such as phased arrays, beamforming units and custom enclosures.

Key experience:

• Proven experience in antenna design (patch, array, or custom formats)
• Knowledge of antenna systems and integration challenges
• Simulation experience using CST, HFSS, FEKO or equivalent
• Hands-on test experience, including tuning and measurement
• Experience with phased array design or beam-steered antennas is a strong plus
