We are seeking aSenior Sales Managerfor the global Cobalt and Nickel Solutions to strengthen our Sales team in the Hydrometallurgy Business Line. 

 

This is a great opportunity for a candidate to be part of the dynamic team and an opportunity to join the core team who are building our exciting, growing, and global hydromet business in the metals and battery chemicals segment working in hydrometallurgical Cobalt and Nickel solutions and technologies. It is a growing and dynamic industry, where you have a chance to work with interesting global innovative customers. 

 

This position is mainly located in Espoo, Finland, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options or other locations.  

 

Team you belong to 

 

You will join the hydrometallurgy business line and sales team. You will collaborate with several experts from sales, R&D, technology, engineering, and delivery teams and other stakeholders. Our proprietary product portfolio supports sustainability, and it is offered globally. We are currently building business in new areas e.g. black mass recycling and pCAM process solutions.  

 

What you'll do 

 

  • Be a key player in driving the Base Metals and Battery Chemicals Technology Group sales growth 
  • Have the global sales responsibility for Cobalt and Nickel solutions and technologies 
  • Have close cooperation with the global hydrometallurgy sales team 
  • Have the sales lead role in battery chemicals (battery grade Co and Ni including pCAM) and base metals (Ni metal) sales opportunities 
  • Have an important role in planning and developing the global sales strategy for Cobalt and Nickel solutions and technologies 

 

Who you are 

 

  • Know cobalt and nickel solutions technologies, and unit processes 
  • Master's (or bachelor's) degree in chemical, process, mechanical engineering, or hydrometallurgy 
  • Strong experience in sales (or related functions) 
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills 
  • Good communication and negotiation skills 
  • Sales-oriented and proactive mindset 
  • Readiness for global traveling 
  • Be hungry for new business and close the deals!
